Organizing 1-2-3 ~ Thursdays 3/29, 4/5 & 19 ~ 6:00 to 8:00

Is your life buried under a mountain of mail?  Does your to-do list look like a sad attempt at the great American novel?  This 3-week course teaches you simple, straightforward strategies for de-cluttering and organizing your home and office. We will deal with issues including handling paper, paring down rather than piling up, organizing other people, improving home and office layout and how to maintain the progress that you have made.

Thriving with Adult ADHD ~ Thursdays 4/26 and 5/10; fee: $40 ~ 6:00 to 8:00

Are you easily distracted, prone to mood swings and have problems with procrastination and disorganization?  You may have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and not realize it.  ADHD is more difficult to diagnose in adults.  Symptoms are often disguised as difficulties in relationships, occupational underachievement and low frustration tolerance.  It can be a frightening, frustrating disorder to live with – but you can learn to manage it successfully.

Time Management 101 ~ Thursdays 5/24 & 31, 6/7 ~ 6:00 to 8:00

Do you manage your time? Or does your time manage you?  This 3-evening course presents the fundamental issues involved in effective time management; including establishing priorities, dealing with procrastination, saying “no” and learning to manage interruptions.   Participants will raise their awareness of their own time-spending habits and learn proven methods for developing better focus, completing goals and negotiating multiple time demands.
