For the past 12 years, I have worked with hundreds of individuals and dozens of groups to these same issues. I help them maximize their personal and professional potential while staying aligned to their core values and purpose. Along with being a Professional Organizer, I am a Certified Life and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Coach. I will work alongside you to see through the chaos caused by multiple time demands, chronic procrastination and disorganization. How Coaching Works
As a trained professional coach I will walk side by side with you as you explore and institute powerful changes in your life.
We begin with a two-hour Foundation session, exploring your goals, values, learning style and strengths. We build momentum through weekly sessions: Typically one 50-minute session or two 25-minute sessions. You set the agenda for your weekly sessions by identifying goals and intentions. Together, we brainstorm strength-based strategies to meet your desired goals, explore potential barriers that might impede your progress, and set specific, measurable outcomes. We also agree on accountability for specific actionable steps. Progress is maintained between sessions with email check-ins and short, “turbo coaching” calls.
The coaching process is flexible: We tailor a program to meets your unique needs.
