Resistance to decluttering(wisdom from Mark)
You know when you are TRYING to get organized and it just doesn’t happen, over and over?
You may tell yourself it’s just your RESISTANCE.
I’ve just read a wonderful article by Mark Silver on resistance which seems to me could be helpful to anyone who is getting stuck on ANY project including decluttering and organizing.
If you keep getting stuck when trying to get organized, go have a look at his blog article on Resistance and see if it doesn’t help.

Dear K– Thank you for your inquiry. I went to your Wellness site and it appears to be legitimate and to have links that would be okay for any age person and could be helpful.
I wasn’t sure due to the typos in your request and I was concerned when you called it an “adult site.”
If you are asking for permission to put a link to my site from yours- the answer is yes. A persons physical surroundings has tons of effect on their wellbeing/wellness.
I do not understand your second sentence — I would not expect to charge you a fee for posting a link to my site. I am not planning to put a link to your site on mine.
